By accessing or using Tokligence Guard ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tokligence Guard is a privacy protection service that detects and redacts sensitive personal information (PII) before it is sent to Large Language Model (LLM) services. The Service includes a browser extension, web dashboard, and API access.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Plans

We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Features and limits vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to process data you don't have rights to

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tokligence and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data Processing

By using the Service, you authorize us to process data as described in our Privacy Policy. For enterprise customers processing personal data on behalf of others, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOKLIGENCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tokligence and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
